for Change™ Application Form. |

club will meet with a representative of Mile High Down Syndrome Association
for a Q & A session. |

High Down Syndrome Association will provide an information packet
and all materials to get you started! |

High Down Syndrome Association will provide your club members with
program t-shirts to promote curiosity about the program and the website. |

Mile
High Down Syndrome Association will provide ongoing materials to
update your awareness campaign (posters, stickers, etc.). Click

Mile
High Down Syndrome Association will regularly update the Down for
Change website so that club teams will be able to see their fundraising
progress and compare it with the progress of competing clubs and
schools. |

Your
club is invited to create your own “My Space” page with
content being approved by the Club Advisor and Mile High Down Syndrome
Association. |
 |
Your
club will brainstorm the most clever and exciting fundraising projects
you can think of and select which ones to pursue. All projects must
be approved by your Advisor, Team Leader and Mile High Down Syndrome
Association. |

Your
club is invited to create your own materials for your various projects;
however, they must be approved by your Club Advisor and Mile High
Down Syndrome Association before implementation. MHDSA will provide
approval within a 48 to 72-hour period. This guideline is in place
to assure that materials will be created using proper language regarding
Down syndrome and a positive message. |

MHDSA
will provide Deposit Forms, which will be filled out by the Team
Leader or Club Advisor, and collected by a MHDSA staff person monthly.
Funds may be in cash or check form. Checks are made payable to MHDSA. |

MHDSA
will disburse your club’s 20% of funds raised twice during
the school year, once in mid-December and once in April. |
 |
Your
club will provide a valuable service by promoting the acceptance
and understanding of people with Down syndrome while (1) having a
great time doing creative fundraising for MHDSA and your club, and
(2) enjoying some spectacular incentives and prizes! |
